Great news! Zwift is now fully integrated with Pedal Pulse, bringing your indoor training data directly into your cycling ecosystem. This connection lets you import all your Zwift rides and even send workouts from your training plan straight to Zwift for seamless indoor training sessions.

How to Connect Zwift to Pedal Pulse

Setting up your Zwift connection is quick and straightforward. Here's how to get everything linked up:

  1. Open the Pedal Pulse app and navigate to your home page
  2. Tap the settings grid icon on the home page
  3. Select "Connected Devices" from the menu
  4. Scroll down until you see Zwift in the list of available connections
  5. Tap the "Connect" button next to Zwift
  6. You'll be taken to Zwift's authorization page - follow the prompts to authorize the connection
  7. Once authorized, you'll be returned to the Pedal Pulse app where you should see Zwift listed as connected
Your Historic Zwift Rides

All your past Zwift sessions will be brought into Pedal Pulse, giving you a complete picture of your cycling history in one place. This historical data helps the app provide better training insights and recommendations tailored to your riding patterns.

What Happens After Connection

With Zwift connected, you'll unlock some powerful features:

  • Automatic ride sync - Every Zwift session will automatically appear in your Pedal Pulse ride library
  • Workout delivery - Send structured workouts from your bespoke training plan directly to Zwift
  • Complete training analysis - Combine your indoor and outdoor rides for comprehensive performance tracking
  • Seamless training flow - No more manual data entry or switching between platforms

You can manage this connection anytime by returning to the "Connected Devices" menu in your settings. From there, you can disconnect Zwift or add additional devices to create your complete cycling data ecosystem.
