I forgot my password — how do I reset it?

Locked out? No problem — resetting your Pedal Pulse password only takes a minute.

How to reset your password

1. On the login screen, tap Forgot Password
2. Enter the email address you registered with
3. Tap Send Reset Link
4. Check your email for the reset link — don't forget to look in your junk or spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes
5. Follow the link to choose a new password, then log in as usual

Signed in but want to change your password?

If you can already access your account and just want a new password, you don't need the reset flow. Go to Settings → Account & Security and tap Change Password.

If you signed up using Sign in with Apple or another login provider, you won't have a Pedal Pulse password to reset — just use the same sign-in method you registered with.
